To me the most important thing to consider before marriage is commitment. Just as in real estate the famous phrase "location, location, location". In marriage it is "commitment, commitment, commitment".

She must be either single or widowed, with or without children. She must be able to, and willing to have children of our own after marriage.
I pride myself on being able to think for myself, and don't go along with "conventional wisdom" just because it is "the way things are suppose to be". I like to think outside the box. I love to talk and exchange ideas and theories about a variety of topics. I like a woman who will talk to me, exchange ideas, theories etc. I enjoy deep discussions on a variety of topics.
My hobbies include playing card games and table games, doing jigsaw puzzles, music (I am a musician by trade), travel, hockey, nutrition, radio.
